A couple of weeks ago I began the first step towards getting myself back into shape. I purchased a new workout dvd, bikini body bootcamp by Jeannette Jenkins and frankly, I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! I’ve used this dvd for about 2 weeks now and it really works your entire body, boot camp style. A boot camp workout is inspired by military training moves mostly using your own body weight mixed with plyometric moves such as jumping jacks, jump squats, squat thrusts etc. It’s a great way to get your body toned and healthy.
Note: This dvd is NOT for beginners. If you have not kept a regular workout regimen prior to now, I would not recommend this dvd. However, if you are seeking a challenge or something to re-ignite a stale workout regimen. This is right up your alley.
